Evie Porch

Evie’s career in information security and data protection has included roles as Data Protection Officer, working in a National Government agency, with responsibility for DPIA’s, Incident Reports and GDPR compliance.

In this role, Evie was the Training lead, developing training modules for incoming team members, and delivering wider cyber awareness training to over 3000 users annually, as well as managing regular system audits in accordance with ISO 27001.

Evie has also managed and delivered ISO 27001 certification for a multi-national group, integrating streamlined policies, processes, and training. Her experience is grounded in understanding and applying compliance standards, analysing requirements, through gap analysis and risk assessments, then advising and managing the journey to certification, and this has proven valuable to many clients.
