1 'Approved Implementor' status will only be awarded on passing the Approved Implementor Assessment with a score of 80% or more.

2 All 'Approved Implementors' details will be entered into the Approved Implementors Registry which will be made publicly available.

3 The use of the LOCS:23 Approved Implementor logo can only be used by 'Approved Implementors' for the period of licence.

4 The licence to use 'Approved Implementor' title and logo lasts 12 months from passing the Approved Implementor knowledge test after which it must be renewed or the applicant will be removed from the 'Approved Implementor' register.
