​We have been working with the ICO on a standard designed to measure UK GDPR compliance of a solution or service that children may use.

​

​The Data Use and Access Act 2025 introduced legal requirements to supplement the UK GDPR and PECR.

​

 

​

The Protect Plus Children's Code control standard is designed to enable organisations to measure and audit solutions or services that may be accessed by children. It is applicable to any Controller or Processor of personal data.

​

The AI controls are derived from ICO guidance, the NIST AI Risk Framework and the ISO 42001 AI Management System

​
