Kristy Gouldsmith

Kristy Gouldsmith is a data protection solicitor and partner with Spencer West LLP. 

She has practiced exclusively in data protection since 2018 and is experienced in in auditing law firms and barristers’ chambers to ensure their compliance with the UK GDPR.

Kristy also serves as the Global Data Protection Officer for Spencer West, overseeing the firm’s data protection compliance and supporting her colleagues in meeting their regulatory requirements.

Additionally, she is a certified ISO 27001 auditor and implementor, further strengthening her expertise in information security and compliance.
